User Researcher

To support user-focused goals, the remote User Researcher II will design and execute end-to-end research studies, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product designs. Key responsibilities Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies with guidance from senior team members Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, and surveys, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives Synthesize research findings into clear insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams Required qualifications Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field 3-5 years of experience in UX Research or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in qualitative research methods including interviews and observational studies Working knowledge of quantitative research methods including survey design and basic statistical analysis Experience with evaluative research including usability testing and heuristic evaluation
