Billing Representative

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Billing Representative for our Accounting Department in Wall, NJ. This position is in office and full-time. Core Responsibilities Prepares and monitors project budgets Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents Set up projects according to contract terms Monthly project budget reconciliation Weekly data entry of various company expenses Assist Project Managers with research and resolution of client questions Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reports Accounts receivable collection assistance Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to think critically and solve problems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Good time management skills Required Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in high volume billing preparation and/or general accounting. Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
