Operations Assistant [8569]

Financial institution seeks Operations Assistant to provide logistical and office administrative support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall organization of the office and troubleshoot technology and office equipment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and track inventory of supplies.
  • Support senior leadership with special projects and implementation of internal programs.
  • Serve as onsite point of contact for building engineers, service technicians, and vendors, addressing service requests related to access control and building amenities.
  • Provide front desk support by answering and fielding incoming phone calls, welcoming visitors, and reserving conference rooms.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and office events.  
  • Set up workstations for new hires.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office services support role.

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
