Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(overtime opportunity available.)

What You Will Do:
Confirm paperwork with drivers to ensure accuracy and completeness
Welcome drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide general administrative support to individuals, teams, and business processes
Perform routine office tasks including data entry, basic analysis, report preparation, and handling correspondence
Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible
Assist with basic billing and invoicing tasks
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to established procedures
Contribute to the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of the team
Work under direct supervision while making independent decisions within established policies and guidelines
Plan, organize, and schedule daily work activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic math skills
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
Commitment to safety: follow all safety policies and procedures, promote safe behavior, and proactively address unsafe conditions
Ability to work more than 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week as business needs require
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
