Production Sales Role

We are a high-growth, full-service tree care company serving residential and commercial clients. We operate with a focus on safety, professionalism, and execution, following ANSI standards and delivering a premium customer experience. We are not a low-bid tree company. We sell expertise, trust, and outcomes.

This is a production sales role for a serious operator. You will meet clients, diagnose their needs, design solutions, and close work at strong margins. You are responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, not waiting for leads to be handed to you. If you cannot handle accountability to numbers, pipeline discipline, and follow-through, this role will expose that quickly.

What You'll Do

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess tree care needs.
• Diagnose issues related to tree health, risk, and structure, and recommend appropriate services.
• Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline through referrals, networking, and repeat clients.
• Prepare accurate, professional proposals and job scopes.
• Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations.
• Track all activity, follow-ups, and revenue in a CRM.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure jobs are executed properly.
• Own your numbers: revenue, close rate, average job size, and margin.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of tree sales experience with measurable results (required).

• Tree care, landscaping, or arboriculture experience strongly preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.

• ISA Arborist Certification preferred or must be obtained. Certification support will be provided.

• Ability to identify common tree species and conditions, diagnose basic pest and disease issues, and recommend appropriate treatments and services.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role while collaborating with the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficient with CRM systems and basic technology.
