What You’ll Do: Generate new business and help drive leads Act as the technical bridge between customers and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Provide hands-on technical support to customers Work closely with the RSM to develop customer relationships and sales strategies What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of technical experience (engineering, sales engineering, or similar) – understanding of Lasertube, tube bending machines, saws, turning machines, wire bending machines, and sheet laser cutting machines 2-3 years of experience in a technical role with strong mechanical knowledge 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred but not required) Great soft skills – works well with others, fits into company culture, and can build relationships easily Familiarity with DFW manufacturing & fabrication industry and key players in the region Competitive yet humble personality – someone you’d want to grab a beer with, but who also gets results!
