Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Mesquite, TX. The Leasing Consultant will engage prospective residents through property tours, phone, email, and in-person interactions, effectively communicating community features, amenities, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include handling leasing inquiries, guiding applicants through the leasing process, ensuring accurate lease documentation, and supporting lease administration tasks. The role also focuses on resident retention by building positive relationships, responding to service requests or concerns, and promoting resident satisfaction and renewal opportunities. The Leasing Consultant will collaborate with onsite team members to meet occupancy goals, support marketing efforts, maintain organized records, and uphold RPM Living’s standards of professional, customer-focused service. Qualifications Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including explaining lease terms, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Experience in resident retention, with skills in building rapport, supporting renewals, and contributing to a positive resident experience. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, prospects, and team members. Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving in a residential setting. Previous leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience preferred. Comfort using property management software and basic office applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools). Ability to work on-site in Mesquite, TX, including weekends or evenings as needed based on community needs.
