About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and highly-organized team member to join our Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations Specialist owns the accuracy and usability of GTM data across the revenue lifecycle — from pipeline and forecasting through handoff to Finance. This person will build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership rely on daily, support the forecasting process end to end, and serve as the front-line point of contact for data, systems, and CPQ requests from the broader GTM organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Management: Own data hygiene and governance across GTM systems (field standards, deduplication, validation rules)

• Revenue Analytics & Metrics Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and churn/expansion

• Forecasting & Planning Support: Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations leadership on revenue forecasting models

• Order-to-Cash Handoff: Serve as the checkpoint ensuring Finance can invoice without delays caused by missing or inconsistent deal data

• Systems Support & Data Sync: Serve as first point of contact for account data change requests

• CPQ & Product Catalog Administration: Ensure pricing, bundles, and product configurations are accurate and aligned with Finance and Product

• GTM Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Build and maintain ad hoc data reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce ( CPQ experience strongly preferred )

• Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP/billing system

• Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Salesforce reporting , or similar BI tools)

• Strong data hygiene instincts and comfort owning governance standards across systems

• Clear communicator who can support multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Marketing, CS) with competing priorities

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with evolving processes
