Operations Leader - Manufacturing & Machining
About the Role:
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) is seeking an Operations Leader to support our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division in Euclid, Ohio.
This position is perfect for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence in a machine shop environment.
What You'll Do:
Supervise daily shop floor activities.
Coach and develop machinists and programmers.
Support production planning and workflow management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and production schedules.
Collaborate with operations and manufacturing leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Manufacturing leadership experience.
Shop floor supervision experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Team development and coaching experience.
Production scheduling knowledge.
Preferred:
Machining background.
CNC exposure.
Epicor ERP.
Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence.
