1. Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts.
2. Strong Word skills to prepare documents for court, including TOA and TOC.
3. Assist attorneys in preparing discovery documents and formatting documents.
4. Managing litigation deadlines and calendaring, with understanding of deadlines.
5. Inputting and tracking calendar entries in deadline management software and Outlook.
6. Coordinate with attorneys' services and overnight couriers to file and serve documents.
7. Assist with document management and file organization, and e-filing documents.
8. Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks.

Position Requirements:

• 4 years' litigation experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Capable of taking ownership and retaining accountability for tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanor
