Classroom Aide

We’re looking for a caring, dependable Classroom Aide to join our staff and support our teachers in providing high-quality early childhood education. The Classroom Aide will assist the lead teacher in creating a supportive classroom environment, helping with daily routines, supervising children, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning space. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Support the lead teacher with classroom activities and lesson preparation Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions Encourage positive behavior and social development Assist with diapering, toileting, and other personal care as needed Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures Requirements Experience working with young children (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Positive, patient, and nurturing attitude Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Nice To Haves CPR/First Aid certified Medication/Epi certified Benefits Retirement Plan Professional Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
