Remote HR Onboarding & Talent Support Coordinator

Mind Medicine Inc. is seeking a remote Senior HR Coordinator to enhance our growing HR team. This full-time role involves managing new hire onboarding, assisting with talent acquisition processes, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
