Customer Success Consultant

Customer Success Consultant- - Higher Education Act as a strategic advisor to educators by aligning product usage with institutional goals Drive product adoption and retention across a defined territory Meet revenue targets through customer renewals and long-term success Analyze customer data to identify risks, renewal challenges, and upsell opportunities Conduct regular account reviews to assess value realization and uncover growth potential Base salary: up to $87K, depending on experience (higher in select high cost‑of‑living markets) $35K annual bonus + excellent benefits package 30-40% time in the field meeting with key accounts during the academic semester, may require a few overnights a month depending on location; primarily a work‑from‑home role Fast‑paced, tech‑forward, education‑focused environment Requirement 3+ years of customer/client success or account management experience Strong presentation and communication skill Tech‑savvy, quick to learn and navigate new technologies Experience in the education or technology sector strongly preferred Benefits Excellent benefits package, Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr
