Construction Admin

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Admin to support project teams by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient workflow on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Coordinate communication between contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and budget tracking
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support procurement processes by managing purchase orders and vendor information

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction administration or related administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification is a plus
