Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy office and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent communication and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
- Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support team members with various administrative projects and tasks as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
