Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Description Arconic is currently in search Maintenance Supervisor to join our Aluminum Extrusions (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN. Responsibilities Supervise and direct maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support operational goals. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, shift reports, and equipment history. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing maintenance crew. Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies. Also note Relocation assistance is available Travel less than 25% Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience using maintenance databases such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar planning and scheduling tools. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
