Candidates interested in remote options should have prior teletherapy experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid California state licensure or eligibility
- School-based experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates and SLP-CFYs are welcome
- Experience with IEPs or AAC devices is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and group formats to foster communication development
- Work collaboratively with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student success
- Diligently document sessions and progress to ensure compliance and quality of care
