- Conduct comprehensive evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating tailored treatment plans for each patient
- Implement and monitor physical therapy techniques focused on enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and functional return
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic goals, transition plans, and at-home exercise regimens
- Keep precise documentation of evaluations and treatments, adhering to facility and regulatory standards
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure seamless patient care
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred: CPR certification
- Specialized certifications (e.g., for neurological or geriatric populations) are advantageous but not essential
- Prior experience in physical therapy is highly desirable
- Capable of treating patients with diverse medical histories and mobility challenges
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and communication
- Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems
