Health Equity Program Management Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

Help us make a measurable difference for our customers through the advancement healthcare equity programs and initiatives. As a Program Management Advisor within Cigna Healthcare Clinical, you will lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP). This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and scale initiatives that reduce health disparities. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers while partnering across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams. Own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through closeout. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts to ensure clear accountability and on-time execution. Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to meet initiative and stakeholder needs. Lead governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; Prepare concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates progress, risks, decisions required, and performance metrics. Support adoption and sustainability of delivered solutions through effective change management and continuous improvement. Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience in healthcare, health equity, or population health with a deep understanding of equity-centered design principles. Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment. Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Project. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certification (CSM, SAFe), or equivalent experience. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
