Conduct evaluations on patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and develop tailored treatment plans

Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and at-home exercise regimens

Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards

Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive care delivery

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Additional specialized certifications (such as for neurological or geriatric care) are advantageous but not mandatory

Prior experience in the field is highly preferred

Capability to work with patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
