Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings while creating tailored treatment plans.

Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

Work in collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge preparations, and home exercises.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per facility and regulatory standards.

Engage actively in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree obtained from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred CPR certification.

Additional certifications in areas such as geriatric or neurological therapy are valued but not mandatory.

Experience in a similar clinical environment is highly preferred.

Proficiency in treating patients with complex mobility challenges and medical conditions.
