Temporary Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week, fully on-site
Assignment Type: Short-term temporary assignment through end of year
Pay Range: $25-$26/hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Answer and route inbound calls and assist with occasional outbound follow-up calls.
• Greet customers arriving for home closings and escort them to waiting or closing rooms as appropriate.
• Coordinate with the title team to communicate customer arrivals and help manage the flow of scheduled closings.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain closing rooms throughout the day.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and internal teams.
• Maintain front desk, reception, and employee/customer coffee areas to ensure they remain organized and presentable.
• Assist visitors and building tenants with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or contact.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed in a fast-paced, customer-facing office environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with a high volume of employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent customer traffic and changing priorities.
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent on-site coverage.
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during high-volume or month-end closing periods.
• Availability through the duration of the temporary assignment, including key business days around the holidays.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
