Temporary Receptionist / Front Desk Support

Location: Sarasota, FL | 100% On-Site

Pay: $25-$26/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Start: ASAP

Duration: Temporary through mid-December, potentially through December 31

Are you a friendly, professional receptionist who enjoys working in a busy, customer-facing environment? We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist / Front Desk Support professional to provide dedicated coverage for a fast-paced Sarasota office. Immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls
• Greet employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Direct and escort customers to appropriate areas and conference rooms
• Coordinate customer arrivals with the appropriate team
• Prepare and maintain six conference rooms
• Keep customer and employee coffee areas organized
• Assist with general administrative and front office duties
• Respond to occasional inquiries
• Manage a busy front desk with up to approximately 18 in-person meetings on high-volume days

Qualifications:

• Ideally 3-5 years of receptionist or front desk experience
• Administrative or office management experience also considered
• Professional, energetic, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with frequent face-to-face interaction
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and committed to consistent on-site attendance
• Flexibility to occasionally stay until approximately 6:00 PM during busy month-end periods

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
