Job Description

• As the VP Finance you will develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term business goals.
• Oversee global financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve department objectives.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and cost optimization.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential investments or acquisitions.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
• This role is onsite and based in Irvine, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of Finance should have:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in global payment processing or money transfer businesses is a must have for this position.
• Expertise in financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and senior management.
• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• This role is onsite and based in Irvine, CA.
• Relocation for the right individual within the United States will be considered.

What's on Offer

• As the VP Finance you will receive an annual salary of $225,000 - $250,000, plus bonus and equity.
