Uncover and understand customer needs to recommend fitting Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both BestBuy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Build strong partnerships with BestBuy staff to drive key initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly. Provide excellent customer service to customers and BestBuy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets during new product launches. Complete daily sales performance reporting and provide retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals and customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekend evenings and high‑demand retail holidays.
