Location: Loveland, CO (2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue)

Start Date: Immediate upon offer acceptance

End Date/Duration: Ongoing full-time position

Shift: Nocturnist, overnight shifts

Hours/Week: Full-time, based on shift schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certs: Valid Colorado Physician Assistant license, BLS, NCCPA certification

Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma/surgical experience or surgical fellowship preferred

Salary Range: $136,822 $179,379 annually, commensurate with experience

Incentives: Up to $10,000/year through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

Relocation: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum trauma and emergency general surgery care overnight
• Manage trauma admissions, critical care, and inpatient services
• Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document all clinical activities accurately in Epic EMR
• Ensure safety and quality metrics are consistently met
• Engage in professional development and leadership opportunities

What You Need

• Valid Colorado Physician Assistant license required
• BLS and NCCPA certifications
• Minimum of 2 years trauma or surgical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform procedures and manage complex cases
