The Opportunity As a Financial Advisor at First Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial journey. You will be provided with comprehensive training and support, allowing you to build a rewarding career while helping clients achieve their financial goals. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals. Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice tailored to clients' objectives Analyze financial data and market trends to create effective strategies for wealth management. Educate clients on insurance products, investment options, and retirement planning. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated and self-driven with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Nice-to-Haves Previous experience in sales or customer service roles. Understanding of financial products and services. Relevant certifications (Life and Health license, Series 7, Series 66) or willingness to obtain them. Active involvement in community service or professional organizations. Experience with financial planning software. Compensation: This is a performance based career. Compensation packages will be based off experience if you are currently a licensed Financial Advisor. Entry level roles are commission based where first year earnings are typically from $78,000 to $150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
