About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Property Management to spearhead the operational and strategic growth of its luxury residential portfolio. This executive leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the performance and standards across multiple property management portfolios and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that includes Directors, Regional Property Managers, and other senior operational leaders, and will be tasked with establishing and maintaining company-wide policies, SOPs, and performance metrics. A key aspect of the role is to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight, as well as to implement technology and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. Applicants for the VP of Property Management position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury residential property management leadership. The role requires a proven track record in overseeing multi-site or portfolio-level operations, strong financial acumen, and excellent skills in client relationship management and organizational leadership. Experience in working with institutional owners or complex residential portfolios is preferred. The VP will also be expected to support business development, client retention, and portfolio expansion efforts, while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence within the team.
