Finance Associate I

Responsibilities

In this role you will work closely with your operational partners throughout the firm to maintain client reference data.  Part of your role will focus on onboarding new clients.  You will be researching and resolving queries, issues, and requests made to the team regarding your client's portfolio and funds.  You will excel by communicating effectively with your business partners and clients.  Additional responsibilities include responding to phone and email inquiries, providing information on your products and services, and executing all account services including financial transactions and account maintenance.  To work through your portfolio, you will use several internal systems along with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
