$65,000-$75,000 base + up to $18,000 in performance pay Health insurance contribution, 401(k) match, PTO & sick leave Professional development stipend Free BODY20 membership +1 for a family member or friend Exclusive product discounts Paid training & certifications at BODY20 HQ (Newport Beach) Key Monthly Goals (KPIs) 133+ leads 40 studio visits 20 new member enrollments 90%+ monthly member retention What You'll Do Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s Plan and promote monthly studio events Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound What You Bring 2-5 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results Bachelor's in business or related field Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue About BODY20
