Technical Recruiter

Pay Range: $30hr - $45hr

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for intern and early career technical and non-technical roles. The role involves building relationships with universities and hiring teams, supporting campus recruiting initiatives, and enhancing candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
• Strong understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events.

Experience:

• Experience managing university-level requisitions including internship and full-time roles.
• Experience supporting intern programs and early career recruiting initiatives.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and university partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners.
• Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, networking events, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
• Support intern program activities including onboarding, engagement events, and feedback processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador at targeted schools and diversity-focused institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and applicable regulations.

Should Have:

• Experience working with HBCUs, HSIs, and diversity-focused institutions.
• Familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms such as Handshake and 12Twenty.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Experience in high-growth or evolving environments.

Qualification And Education:
