- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Present and bind policies across insurance and financial service products
- Follow up persistently on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within agency systems
- Support client service needs when required while identifying additional sales opportunities

- Strong communicators who can influence, connect, and build trust quickly
- Results-driven performers with experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

- Licensed in insurance—or motivated and coachable to obtain licensing with our support
- Insurance licensing required (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
- Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain licensing with company support
