Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will be instrumental in providing tailored interventions, conducting assessments, and working alongside other professionals to develop effective strategies.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Washington State SLP License (Dept. of Health)
• Washington State OSPI ESA license with SLP endorsement—must be fully licensed
• SLP-CCC credential preferred
• Experience supporting diverse disabilities across K-12 settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and supporting individualized education programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress
• Deliver both group and individual therapy tailored to a range of disabilities
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school community
