Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Support accounting activities across diverse corporate entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies to maintain integrity.Process intercompany billings and assist with cross-entity cost allocations.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Support consolidated financial reporting and elimination entries.Review balance sheet and income statement activities for accuracy.Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analyses.Maintain supporting documentation consistent with accounting standards, especially related to government contracting (FAR and CAS).Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve accounting issues and support additional projects as needed.Required Skills:2–4 years of professional corporate accounting experience.Strong background in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closes.Experience with multi-entity and intercompany transactions.Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred.Knowledge of US GAAP and government contracting accounting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Independent worker capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under deadlines.Nice to Have Skills:Experience with FAR and CAS requirements.Prior work in government contracting or GovCon environments.Advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of budget, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in multi-entity settings.Other Requirements:Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to support additional accounting responsibilities as needed.Prior ERP experience is a plus.Take the next step in your accounting career—apply now and become a key contributor in a vibrant, forward-thinking team committed to excellence!Job RequirementsAP, AR, multi entity, innercompany Additional InformationFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
