Endpoint Support Specialist
$25 per hourTemporary
Kforce has an exciting contract opportunity for an Endpoint Support Specialist. This is a 6-month contract onsite in Houston, TX. Please note, travel is required for the first two weeks for training, and hotel, travel and meals will be paid for. Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level
- Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle
- Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or endpoint role
- Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems and peripherals, mobile devices, and printers and print servers
- Strong working knowledge of customer support practices in an enterprise environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
