Account Executive - Student Marketing

Our client is a fast-growing, results-driven agency specializing in innovative campaigns that connect brands with Gen Z and student audiences. They blend data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver high-impact marketing across digital, influencer, and on-campus channels.

The Role

They’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join their team. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, and experiential)
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication
• Assist in campaign planning, reporting, and performance analysis
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and social)
• Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Interest in Gen Z, student marketing, and digital trends
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar (preferred)
