Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote recovery and resilience.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, effectively addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals and therapeutic interventions, engaging clients in the process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to safeguard clients' well-being.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in alignment with ethical standards and regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
