Property Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager? Our client is seeking a confident, self‑motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the front range. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and taking a hands‑on approach. What You’ll Do as the Property Manager Manage the day‑to‑day operations of a commercial property portfolio Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, and property stakeholders Conduct regular property inspections and site visits Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and capital projects Review lease terms, insurance requirements, rent schedules, and critical dates Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, expense tracking, and CAM reconciliations Respond promptly to tenant needs and property concerns Oversee vendor performance and ensure quality service Partner with ownership, accounting, brokers, and contractors to support portfolio success Handle after‑hours emergencies as needed What we’re looking for in a Property Manager 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience Experience with office, retail, and/or industrial properties preferred Strong understanding of lease administration, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and vendor management Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area $200/month health insurance stipend $50/month cell phone reimbursement Paid Time Off Remote flexibility with autonomy and independence Please note: Compensation and benefits are determined by our client and subject to change.
