Responsibilities Greet customers and perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds using a tablet Review service history, recalls, campaigns, and previously declined recommendations Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Prepare repair orders and estimates Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete What We're Looking For Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong sales and customer service abilities Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Route 128 Honda?
