MVCC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Utica, NY to support onboarding, HRIS transactions, and benefits administration. The role collaborates with the Office of Human Resources to ensure compliance with policies, civil service regulations, and employment laws while delivering professional service to staff and campus partners.
