Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced on-site bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, payroll, and general office operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- General understanding of bookkeeping procedures and payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage is a plus
- Experience with PixelPoint Restaurant Point of Sale System is a plus
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for our hotel and restaurant operations
- Manage accounts payable through Sage
- Handle cash and daily deposits
- Perform audit reconciliations
- Complete monthly inventory
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements
- Prepare sales reports
- Prepare quarterly reports
- Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed
Compensation
$21.00$23.00 per hour
