We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! This position will support daily accounting operations by processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial records are accurate and organized.

About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! This position will support daily accounting operations by processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial records are accurate and organized.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter vendor invoices accurately.
- Perform three-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and organized files.
- Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with payments, check processing, and month-end closing.
- Enter and maintain AP information in the company's ERP system.
- Work with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams to resolve invoice issues.
- Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required; accounting coursework or degree preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly workplace .
