What You Will Do: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Conduct inspections and identify issues using the latest diagnostic equipment. Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure top-quality service. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for safety and quality. What We Are Looking For: Automotive Technician Certification or equivalent (or currently in progress) Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing the job right. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicle systems. Excellent attention to detail and time management Valid driver’s license Dealership or independent shop experience is a plus. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production and Productivity.
