The California Department of Insurance (CDI) is seeking a dynamic Analyst II with experience in state government budgeting, procurement, contracts, and fiscal tracking. The Analyst II independently completes assigned projects related to CPRB (i.e. Procurement, Contracting, Budget) activities, including researching, developing, enhancing, documenting program policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the California Department of Insurance (CDI) policy and procedures. The Analyst II supports CPRB staff with communications duties as assigned including staffing press conferences, alerting media, and helping to develop informational materials, including the website, press releases, and media responses. This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code.
