At Mercy One, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, work with state-of-the-art technology, and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.As a Certified Pharmacy Tech at MercyOne, you will provide technical support in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to clients of MercyOne Central Iowa Medical Center including the preparation and delivery of medications and sterile products, stocking and ordering of drugs and other products. Technical work is performed under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.Schedule:40 hours a weekVaried shiftsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED when nationally certified through NHAPTCB nationally certified technicians do NOT require HS diploma or GEDNational Pharmacy Technician CertificationRegistered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy at time of hireCompletion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hireAt MercyOne, we care deeply about your well-being—both physical and mental.
