Marketing Manager

Responsible for leading the execution of the Credit Union's marketing strategy to drive membership growth, brand awareness, and community engagement Oversees day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, establishing priorities and assigning work Manages project prioritization, workflow management, and resource allocation Plans, executes, and tracks performance of marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals Leads marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are effectively managed Develops and deploys content supporting campaign objectives, brand standards Ensures strong internal communication of all campaigns Monitors and analyzes campaign performance to optimize engagement and ROI Creates an engaging work environment by coaching and developing direct reports Manages relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors Directs content planning and production across all channels Maintains marketing databases and reporting tools Executes public relations and community engagement initiatives Coordinates relationships with local media contacts and event partners Ensures compliance of marketing materials with applicable regulations Acts as brand steward by reviewing communications for consistency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Five to eight years’ experience, preferably within a financial institution or regulated industry Demonstrated strength in project management, including ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders Proven leadership and team development experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading marketing strategies to drive membership growth and brand awareness, with a strong focus on project management, campaign performance analysis, and team development.
