Service Contract CoordinatorOur client, a global tech company, is seeking a Service Contract Coordinator. Job Title: Service Contract Coordinator. Location: Remote. Duration: 7 Months Contract. Job Description:Support the Service Contract Administration team by processing accurate and high-quality service scope requests.Work closely with Sales and internal teams to triage service scoping requests and support accurate deal closure.Manage the service scoping case queue, tracking communications, request status, and follow-up activities.Review, prioritize, and respond to service scope requests promptly according to policies and SLAs.Triage and escalate requests to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.Generate and update service scoping documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.Review case statuses and follow up on pending cases to ensure workflows are completed within required timelines.Draft detailed documents and verify that final documents accurately match opportunity products.Assist the manager with other functional initiatives and administrative activities as needed.Support the sales process by identifying opportunities and coordinating actions between customers and sales teams.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.Work independently with limited supervision and identify opportunities for administrative and process improvements.Participate in new initiatives and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Background in client management, customer service, and operations preferred.Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in typing and Microsoft Word/computer applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and audiences.Willingness to participate in and provide feedback on new initiatives.Ability to work independently and take initiative with limited guidance from a supervisor.PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
