This assignment for the 2026/2027 school year lets you supervise an SLPA and work directly with a manageable caseload of around 20 students. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Active MD SLP License
• MD Teaching Certificate
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills
• Adaptability for onsite or virtual sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy for a caseload of 20 students
• Supervise an SLPA, offering mentorship and support
• Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
