Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Provide overnight care and assistance to our clients, performing routine tasks such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and dressing, and light housekeeping duties. Administer prescribed medications and record daily vitals, strictly adhering to established schedules and procedures. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients by installing and maintaining essential equipment like bed rails and nightlights. Assist with mobility needs, including repositioning in bed and transferring to and from a wheelchair. Engage in meaningful conversations with our clients, providing emotional support and facilitating a caring and compassionate environment. Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Requirements: To be an ideal candidate for the Overnight Caregiver position, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with our clients. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to and from client locations. Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and provide references.
