Family Medicine physician job in Massachusetts :

A large nonprofit health system in Worcester County, Massachusetts, has an opening for additional Family Medicine Physicians. Our premier health system prides itself on providing e xceptional patient care, academic excellence, and leading-edge research.

Outpatient only primary care
Large call group - phone call only, no hospital work or nursing home coverage
Full or part time with flexible schedule options

Compensation and benefits:

Compensation model includes a guaranteed salary and RVU bonuses
Sign-on bonus and relocation package
Generous PTO and CME time
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Malpractice with tail
Retirement plan with high employer contribution
